2 in 1 Roll-Masker
Roll Masker is a 2-in-1 combination of high-temp paint masking film and fine-line masking tape (including PVC tape and crepe paper tape), proven the fastest masking solution for two-tone car painting.
The high-temp resistant film protects the main color from overspray, while the fine-line tape creates sharp, thin paint edges. Both fit car sizes and withstand 160℃ * 30-minute oven processes. Its top-mounted customized applicators enable narrow-tolerance, fast masking, and it can be demasked at cold/warm temperatures without tearing or residue.
Time analyses of two-tone projects across European and Asian OEMs confirm that using a car-specific system (including Roll Masker) cuts process time, material costs, and manpower by 20~40%.
Fine Line Tape
Thin and flexible high temperature resistant PVC fine line tape with natural rubber adhesive is particularly developed for two-tone car body applications during OEM paint shop processes.

Masking Tape
The masking tape is extremely versatile, which is resistant to strong solvents and paints and is easily removed in warm or cold environments. It is designed for clean removal from a variety of surfaces after exposure to oven temperatures up to 325°F (163°C) for 30 minutes (time and temperature determined by surface).
It performs well in wet strip applications and its easy handling. Smooth paper crepe backing exhibits high strength, excellent conformability to irregular surfaces and exceptional cornering. It provides resistance to paint flaking as well as a clean, well-defined paint line. Applications uses include automotive, truck, bus, and marine paint masking.

Zigzag folds, off-center folds or no fold are available. Zigzag folded high temp paint masking film can be laminated 50:50 overlapped with the right fit fine line masking tape like PVC tape and crepe paper tape.

Die-cut Customization
Die-cuts is tailor-made according to specific car body contours such as A-pillars, headlights, sunroofs and other irregular positions. It is composed of fine line tape and release liner, or fine line tape with release liner and HT masking film. It provides precise masking and saves time and labor.
